Weinstein's Big Week: More Time, More Shame

Another Monday, another legal clusterfuck for a scumbag who thought he was untouchable.

Jesus Christ. This guy again.

Heard it on the radio this morning.

Driving the kid to school.

"Daddy, who's Harvey Weinstein?"

Fuck me.

Try explaining that one to a seven-year-old.

"He's a bad man, kiddo. A very bad man."

Not exactly an A+ parenting moment.

My head was already pounding from last night's 'networking event.'

Coffee tastes like regret.

Anyway, turns out the old bastard got more time.

Good.

He deserves every goddamn second.

He built an empire.

And he used it to be a predator.

Always the rich ones, isn't it?

Think they own the world.

And everyone in it.

It's like, you get a bit of power, a bit of money.

Suddenly you forget how to be a human being.

Just pure, unadulterated arsehole.

Makes you wonder what other shitebags are still out there.

Still pulling strings.

Still thinking they're above the law.

Above decency.

While I'm here, trying to remember if I packed my lunch.

And if I paid that bloody electricity bill.

Worried about keeping the roof over their heads.

This prick is worrying about which fancy prison cell has the best view.

Or if his caviar is fresh enough.

Some justice, huh?

It's a small win, I guess.

Another few years behind bars.

But the damage he did.

That lasts forever.

And the trust he broke.

Forever broken.

Hope his cellmate likes his stories.

Because nobody else does.

Except maybe his lawyers.

For a fee.

Now, where's that ibuprofen?

Enjoyed the roast?

The whole book reads like this.
